Adam Robson

I have developed significant expertise in crowd management and public safety over the last 20 years. Combining extensive operational experience with high-level academic qualifications, I provide a consistent, cohesive, and integrated approach to crowd safety.

A football policing expert, I worked over 700 fixtures across the United Kingdom. Covering all football leagues as well as overseas deployments, I have also been providing specialist consultancy for 2 years as Crowd Flow Manager at the Roskilde Music Festival (Denmark) and Operational Crowd Manager at the Soundstorm Festival (Saudi Arabia).

Jason Kenny

A practitioner and commander at all levels in firearms, public order and emergency management for over 25 years, I was Head of Operations for the two largest non-metropolitan police forces in the United Kingdom. I was the ‘go to’ commander for high-risk operations and have led overseas policing delegations to Australia, Denmark, Italy and Romania.

Highly experienced in public order, public safety and community engagement, I became a Chief Executive & Monitoring Officer after 30 years’ police service. Transforming organisational culture and performance, I led people through successful change before departing to begin a consultancy business.

Peter Jones

Unit lead for event and emergency planning, I led organisational capability and capacity building for major incidents and civil emergencies within collaborating policing organisations. I have been engaged in public order, public safety and counter terrorism throughout my career, and continue to support the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC), at home and overseas.

I specialise in risk management in complex and ambiguous operating environments and, after 30 years’ police service, founded Jones Risk Consultancy. Concurrently working at a senior level in the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, I coordinated organisational performance and ensured corporate compliance within statutory and regulatory frameworks.
