I assessed and managed organisational performance requirements. Through frameworks that ensured ethical, legal and reputational obligations were discharged, I developed innovative systems and processes that were fit for purpose. I delivered proactive analysis and project managed risks and issues to optimise organisational performance and negotiated effective mitigation.

Specialist operations and counter terrorism
A Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator for a police area covering 3.5 million people, I led the planning and coordination of capabilities and responses for all aspects of operational security. I delivered (and was commended for) successful strategies, security operations and leadership for numerous high profile events and protected visits. I contributed to national learning.
